The LeRoy Township board approved a Metro Act permit application from KEPS Technologies on Feb. 3. Stacie Dvonch moved to approve the permit; Anja Wing supported. The roll call recorded Dan Cool—yes, Anja Wing—yes, Lori Leudeman—yes, Stacie Dvonch—yes, with Dale Ruppert absent.
