Task Force backs presenting family-access draft to statewide commission
The Juvenile Justice and Cross-System Youth Task Force agreed by consensus on Aug. 1 to support an Objective #4 subcommittee request to present draft legislation on family access for youth in detention to the Commission on Improving the Status of Children in Indiana (CISC); the subcommittee will prepare presentation materials and follow up on survey nonresponses.
