Stadium turf installed; second turf-field land-development plan submitted
District staff reported the stadium turf installation was scheduled to be completed and a second turf-field land-development plan was submitted to York Township on 7/1/26; Planning Commission review is expected in August with county approval in October if the timeline holds.

Mr. Rohrbaugh told the board July 9 that the main stadium turf installation was scheduled to be completed the next day and that Mr. Heilman and Mr. Luckenbaugh would conduct a walkthrough the following Wednesday to inspect hand-cut lines and alignment. With turf completed, crews will focus on laying the track surface and painting lines; staff estimated another 2–3 weeks for track work.
