Board approves multiple facilities projects including BSES roof replacement and water-loop change order

The Board approved a package of facilities projects and change orders at the April 28 meeting. Approvals included General Contractor Change Order #13 for $5,988.43 (temporary heat), a GC credit for storage-building landscaping of $23,517.50 (GC - CO #14), a GVES stage renovation for $33,192, and purchase/rebuild of two new fire hydrants and rebuild of one in the amount of $61,300. The Board also authorized a Water Loop GC-PCO #61 NTE $126,537.26 and three HOP easement agreements tied to the Pennington Building Redevelopment roadway improvements. Finally the Board approved the Bethel Springs Elementary School (BSES) roof replacement project for $304,700 funded from the Capital Reserve.
