CDOT staff gave a brief update on the US‑287 North project during the Larimer County work session on Sept. 21. Agency staff said intersection improvements at Owl Canyon were finished last year and that construction package 1 — covering Red Mountain Road, Bonner Springs Ranch Road and an Al Canyon Road snow gate — is currently under way.
