The board ratified a Lease Agreement with First Student as presented (agenda item 11.11). The motion was moved by Ms. Louise Huehn and seconded by Mr. Jeff Choura and passed 7–2; the minutes record Mr. Mitchell Montani and Mrs. Megan Sexton voting no.
