The Morgan County Commissioners adopted ordinance 20-26-13 on second reading to establish a formal continuity-of-government plan for county operations. Emily Shields of Morgan County EMA (Speaker 7) presented the plan and asked the board to approve the promulgation statement and the assembled appendices.
