A. Watts, chair of the Newfields Conservation Commission, called the meeting to order at 7:03 p.m. and moved to create a standing Engagement & Membership Committee to advise on recruiting, nominating and reviewing applications for full commission members and alternates. J. Lent seconded the motion, and the commission voted unanimously to establish the committee.
