City staff briefed council on the long-running State Road 170/Edgemoor corridor project and preliminary designs for the Oak Ridge segment. The design presented widens the roadway to four lanes with a divided grass median, adds a sidewalk on the north side and a 10‑foot activity path for bikes and pedestrians on the south side.
