Committee advances extension and application limits for septic-reimbursement program

The committee voted to set a public hearing and advance local law amendments to the county’s septic-system reimbursement program, which staff said would extend authorization six years — to 2032 — and narrow the window for claims. "This primarily would extend the authorization for another 6 years to 2032," county law staff said during the presentation.
