Representatives presented three related agreements for the Elliott Battery Storage Facility, and the Vanderburgh County Board approved each agreement after discussion. Mike Schottmeyer, appearing on behalf of the county, said the economic development agreement includes a best-efforts provision for a project labor agreement to use local contractors and employees; the decommissioning plan and a road use agreement were also approved as separate motions.
