A presenter told the committee the draft solid waste management plan had been updated, submitted to the state and revised to incorporate the state's single requested change; the presenter recommended forwarding the plan through the board and back to the state for final approval. "So the next step is that we need to get this passed through the board, and then sent again for... or approval of the states," the presenter said.
