The Miami Shores Village Code Enforcement Board met to hear a docket of first hearings, penalty hearings and requests for relief involving property violations across the village. Chairperson Huber opened the hearing with procedural instructions and the board reviewed summary adjudication files, penalty dockets and several mitigation requests brought by property owners and their representatives.
