County planning staff presented PUD 26-04 — the Glass Road RV Park Phase 2 final site plan — as a proposal to add five RV sites to an existing 14-site park for a total of 19 lots on 3.78 acres. "It's the final site plan approval for a 19 unit RV park," staff said while outlining conditions including permanent Alabama Department of Public Health approval for septic systems, a 10-foot landscape perimeter buffer and recording the final site plan in the probate office after installation of improvements.
