Resident Emery Fox appeared before the Sioux County Board of Commissioners on Oct. 1, 2026 to discuss a protest he filed concerning a prior Board of Equalization decision on his Form 425. The board discussed the matter but did not issue a decision at the Oct. 1 meeting; members said they will take up the protest again at the Oct. 5, 2026 meeting.
