The Board appointed Commissioner Joshua Chamberlain as Charlevoix County's Designated Representative for the Special Assessment District under consideration with Antrim County. The motion to appoint Chamberlain was moved by Commissioner Hankins, seconded by Commissioner Kenney, and carried by voice vote 6-0.
