The board approved the Gunner's Yard one-lot subdivision after discussion about a "meandering easement" that would be centered on the installed tile; presenter and installer agreed to locate the tile and the surveyor will document the as-built tie before recording.

Wyatt Johnson presented the Gunner's Yard one-lot subdivision, noting similar topography to the prior item and that Brock Smith owns adjoining land. "This is similar in that the topography is similar where land falls off as soon as you get off the lot," Johnson said when describing justification for routing the perimeter drain outlet to a northeast swale.
