During the consent portion of the Oct. 1 meeting the chair moved to approve minutes for the Aug. 6, 2026 joint Community Development Corporation and Economic Development Corporation meeting. A motion to approve was made, seconded by Ms. Gonzales, and the chair announced the item passed unanimously.
