The full story
The proposed amendments add a definition for "tiny home" (a permanently installed dwelling under 400 square feet) and would allow Tiny Home Parks in the R‑4 Residential District (new Section 18.50.010D). The draft also defines "tiny homes on wheels" as mobile units under 400 square feet that function like recreational vehicles; those units would not be permitted as residential uses in the town’s residential zones and would instead be required to locate in RV parks.
