Staff presented a final plat for the 7 Brew Forney addition, a replat of Block 3 Lot 8 in the Village Gateway Edition, intended to establish easements necessary for development of a restaurant. Peter said the property consists of 0.967 acres, noted prior council approval of the site plan in September, and recommended approval of the final plat.
