The Kent County Regional Planning Commission opened its Feb. 5 public hearing, approved the meeting agenda by a 7‑0 vote, heard presentations on two land‑use applications and adjourned after other business. The chair read staff instructions that no decision would be made that night and that the record would remain open for two business days; the commission will act on the applications at its Feb. 12 business meeting.
