Kent County Levy Court approved Resolution 41142 to extend Sewage Disposal District No. 1 for the Barrack Chapel Road subdivision in the Double Run area during its Feb. 10 meeting. Public Works reported the proposal covers 52 duplexes and one existing family home and lies within the county's Primary Growth Zone.
