Superintendent Vincent presented a follow-up to the June 9 public hearing on the Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP), saying the document contains minimal changes made primarily to respond to San Diego County Office of Education feedback about formatting. "This is a follow-up to our public hearing on June 9 regarding the local control accountability plan or LCAP for short," Superintendent Vincent said.
