Representatives from SJCA described an on-call professional services agreement that would let the county request bridge inspection, hydraulics and project-management work without a dollar amount committed up front. "SJCA is a transportation company. We specialize in bridge and small structure work," the presenter said while outlining the firm's qualifications and previous county subcontract work.
