The Village of Bloomington board on April 8 approved Ordinance No. 2026-04, repealing Section 8.10, "Outdoor Solid Fuel Heating Device," and relocating equivalent restrictions to Chapter 7 (Public Nuisances). The measure passed by unanimous voice vote after a motion by Trustee Daentl and second by Mergen.
