The Luna County Commission voted June 11 to adopt resolution 2,644, approving the county's Infrastructure Capital Improvement Plan (ICIP) for upcoming funding cycles. Chair Harvey called the plan "important because it gives us a diagram or a point of where we go in the future," framing the vote as a step toward competing for state and federal funds.
