Following the motion and vote procedure, the presiding moderator explained limits on what can be taken up during the hours of the annual meeting and described procedural expectations for raising additional items: "If there's something else within the hours of the annual meeting that you would like to take up, you would do so not by asking me. I am within the powers of the annual meeting."
