After closed session, commission directs staff to sell Rancho Rio Grande property
Following an executive session limited to Rancho Rio Grande county real property, the Valencia County Commission directed staff to sell the appraised parcels; staff reported appraisals had been completed and commissioners voted to authorize staff to proceed.

The commission entered an executive session under Section 10(H)(8) of the New Mexico Open Meetings Act to discuss county real property in Rancho Rio Grande and reconvened to confirm that no final action was taken in closed session. After the report out, a commissioner moved to direct staff to sell the appraised Rancho Rio Grande property; the motion carried by unanimous vote.
