Steve Kinkle, the county’s pipeline liaison, briefed supervisors on the regulatory posture of Summit Carbon’s project and recent filings. Kinkle said Summit submitted an amendment to its Iowa permit, and the court issued a remand and is considering consolidation of phases; those actions mean further direction is pending from the judge.
