Committee member (S4) asked staff to clarify the numerical reserves that would trigger tiers in the PACE plan, specifically referencing a $6,000,000 primary threshold and the city's target operating minimum. "So this balance that we're looking for, you mentioned in the primary, the, the general fund balance at above 6,000,000," S4 said.
