The Town of Clinton Planning Board convened an informational session on the draft environmental impact statement (DEIS) submitted by Hudson Valley CECNY and heard an overview of the environmental‑review process. Deputy Chair (acting chair) opened the meeting and said the board would not take an approval vote tonight but will review completeness at a special meeting on Oct. 15.
