The Pleasant Ridge City Commission voted unanimously Jan. 14 to approve splitting 36 Ridge into two parcels, contingent on demolition of the existing structure, a signed survey and deed-recorded conditions including a 10-foot offset for any attached garage and a curb-cut location per the submitted plan.
