Court ratifies temporary stop to vendor wire transfers, keeps payroll exception

Following cybersecurity concerns, commissioners ratified a temporary suspension of vendor electronic wire transfers while staff and auditors inventory payment processes and evaluate security; payroll was exempted. Staff were asked to deliver a list of impacted payment flows prior to future action.
