The ACSD board on Monday received a detailed review of fiscal year 2026 performance and early guidance for FY28 planning. Matt, the district finance presenter, told the board that “In FY '26, both revenues and expenses came in well beyond the budget,” and explained that extraordinary special‑education reimbursements complicate year‑to‑year comparisons.
