Duncombe council approves RFP and signs off on HUD forms tied to CDBG roofing application

The Duncombe City Council approved procurement steps and federal paperwork necessary for the CDBG roofing application on May 13. Councilmember LaSourd moved and Paine seconded approval of an RFP from Region XII Council of Governments for CDBG roofing technical services, and the motion carried.
