The Fall Creek Village Board approved an amendment to the engineering agreement for the USH 12 Sewer Extension and Lift Station Project on Nov. 10. Trustee Bryan Kaatz moved and Trustee Staci Moldenhauer seconded approval of Ayres Agreement Amendment #2 to include a not-to-exceed additional amount of $6,830 for construction administration; the roll call vote was unanimous in favor.
