Councilmembers heard an update on the Duncombe lagoon project from Jason Petersburg of Veenstra & Kimm and subsequently approved a payables claim tied to the project (CDBG#7/SRF#4/WTFAP). The council approved the payment claim on a motion by Councilmember Sogard, seconded by Councilmember Roest; the vote was recorded as Paine, Sogard, LaSourd, Roest, Geis, motion carried.
