The Pacific Elementary School District board approved a contract with Ross Recreation for playground work as part of the district’s planned site improvements. Vice President Cari Napoles moved the approval and Board President Gwyan Rhabyt seconded; the motion passed 2-0 with Trustee Diana Conner absent.
