Corey Koehler, Wheat Ridge’s housing navigator, and homeless navigator Maddie Horgan presented the program’s annual update, showing a total of about 210 housing placements recorded in their recent HMIS reports. "We are part of the GEFCO homeless navigation collaborative," Corey said, describing the program’s outreach, intake and coordinated-entry work.
