At the start of its Dec. 16 special meeting the Muscoda Village Board voted to enter closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(c) to conduct interviews for the Office Clerk position and to set compensation. The motion to adjourn into closed session was made by Seifert, seconded by Meyer, and passed on a roll-call vote: Yes — Miller, Hill, Anderson, Meyer, Seifert, and Imhoff; No — none.
