Putnam County budget staff explained that audio-tour work for the county — part of the Rev250 initiative — is being funded through a recurring contract line. Staff said the full production contract (about $13,700 in the prior year) has been consolidated into a smaller ongoing contract line for licensing and final tweaks estimated at $2,500.
