Charlie Krebs provided an update on the Pelican Sound gatehouse renovations, saying the submittal package is ready for the Village of Estero once Bowman, Inc. processes required checks. He reported that the South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) approved drainage repairs and that "a virtual pre‑construction meeting with the SFWMD and the Village of Estero officials is scheduled for June 1, 2026."
