Minutes, outreach and agenda items: board records several unanimous votes

Early in the meeting the board approved two sets of minutes without discussion; both votes were recorded as 5-0. Later, after public comment and project discussion, the board moved and approved distribution of an invasive-plant booklet to local stores (motion passed 5-0) and unanimously adopted motions to add a rain-barrel program discussion, an item to identify local climate risks, and an item to pursue partnerships with local universities to the next meeting agenda.
