Jennifer, a staff member working with the committee, introduced a working group that compiled a draft course outline intended to identify material specific to Texas and make prelicensing content more relevant to new licensees. "Ideally, the creation of this type of course can, perhaps allow greater consideration for equivalency for out of state brokers," Jennifer said, explaining the effort is partly to ease acceptance of out‑of‑state education where appropriate.
