The Planning & Zoning Commission approved a conditional use permit application (CUP26-01) for an existing 190-foot lattice cell tower located at 38351 West Cowtown Road. Staff described the tower as sited on roughly 10,000 square feet of land, hosting two carriers, and said no upgrades to equipment or increases in height are proposed.
