Cathy reported she met with Shaun Coleman to review the draft Hazard Mitigation Plan. She said Coleman provided feedback on sections 1–5 and that most feedback focused on section 5, urging the plan be made more Fairfield-specific. Coleman also provided sites to find supporting data and the board discussed the timeline for submission to FEMA.
