Judge Tammy Long Hayward presided over the arraignment for Roderick Deshaun Brown on Sept. 29, 2026, in Courtroom 304. Brown, 26, said he would represent himself and agreed to a negotiated plea of no contest to theft by shoplifting in case 2026CR04168. The judge accepted the plea and imposed 12 months of probation with credit for one day served, 40 hours of community service, completion of an anti‑theft prevention course and a suspended $200 fine, conditioned on completing all special conditions.
