Ford County engineer reports Garnett Road work accepted; multiple bridge and road projects underway
Kirkham Michael reported APAC completed a 13.6-mile HMA overlay on Garnett Road (final inspection July 20; one-year warranty began July 20, 2026), OS Bridge 101 demolition and reconstruction started July 15, and a change order for OS Bridge 31 design was approved (+$18,000).

The county engineer's report on Aug. 3 covered several road and bridge projects. Jon Halbgewachs of Kirkham Michael said APAC finished the hot-mix asphalt overlay on Garnett Road (100 to 113 Road, 13.6 miles); a final inspection on July 20 accepted the work and a one-year workmanship/materials warranty began that date. The contract amount reported was $3,763,744.75.
