The Ford County Board of Commissioners voted on Aug. 3 to adopt a countywide pay-plan adjustment that places all employees on the salary step corresponding to their years of service in their current roles. The board approved the measure on a 3-0 vote after Human Resources Director Vanesa Avila-Ochoa presented cost estimates for three scenarios.
