The Russiaville Town Council voted to authorize Phase 2 of interior improvements to the town’s interurban building and directed staff to solicit three contractor quotes. Engineer Dave Keeter, who presented the project at the special meeting, said the town has a $99,000 Rural Business Development Grant (RBDG) and that the total project cost could reach about $124,000.
